📋 How to get your Sheet URL: 1. Open your Google Sheet in your browser
2. Copy the full URL from the address bar (looks like …/spreadsheets/d/ABC123/edit#gid=…)
3. In the sheet, click Share → Anyone with the link → Viewer (one-time setup)

🗺️ API Key & required APIs: 1. Go to console.cloud.google.com
2. Go to APIs & Services → Enable APIs and enable:
  • Maps JavaScript API
  • Geocoding API  • Distance Matrix API
  • Places API  • Google Sheets API ← new requirement
3. Go to Credentials → Create API Key (or reuse existing)
